January 29-30 - IKON Office Solutions Invitational - Johnson City, TN - 3000m

February 6th - Carolina 10k, Columbia, SC

March 6 - Jacksonville River Run 15k, Jacksonville, FL

March 12 - 13 - UNC-Charlotte Meet or

March 19 -20 - Wake Forest Relays - 1500m or a 3000m, especially if I don't run
at Johnson City. I'd like to have at least one track race under my legs before
Raleigh.

March 26 - Raleigh Relays 5000m

April 9 - Downtown Invitational Mile in Charlotte (
CANCELLED)

Apirl 22 - Penn Relays 5000m (partly depends on how Raleigh goes)
